At NKE Safety Apparel, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Since our products are designed for professional use, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

  • All sales are considered final once shipped.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, such as:

    • The item you received is defective.

    • The item you received is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery at onlinestore@nkesafetyapparel.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product issue

  • Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or after use will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Refund requests made after 7 business days of delivery will not be accepted.
